CANCELLATION POLICY

Since our products are handmade and made on order, we follow a strict NO CANCELLATION POLICY. 

 

Bulk Order Terms & Conditions

​

• Once a bulk order is confirmed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled without applicable charges.

• In the event of order cancellation after production has started, 20% of the total order value will be payable as a cancellation charge to cover raw materials, labour, and production costs already incurred.

• Any products that have already been manufactured will be chargeable as per the agreed terms.

 

 

​REFUND POLICY

Sew Scrunchies adheres to a strict NO REFUND POLICY.

Orders once executed cannot be cancelled and will not be refunded in any situation whatsoever.

 

 

 

RETURN POLICY

​

Since our products are carefully handmade and are un-damageable during shipping, we follow a NO RETURN POLICY.

However, if you still find an issue with the product, you can mail us at sewscrunchies77@gmail.com , along with the details of your complaint. 

Our customer care team will handle the complaint accordingly.

SHIPPING POLICY

​

Once you place an order at Sew Scrunchies, it usually take 7-10 business days to ship.

A standard shipping  fee of INR 70/- will be charged on all orders.

​

For bulk orders, Shipping charges include manufacturer dispatch fees and third-party logistics costs, which vary based on location and handling requirements.

PAYMENT POLICY

​

Domestic orders (within India) can be paid through Paytm or Google Pay. Once the payment is done, screenshot the payment receipt along with the order number, and once it is accepted, the order is complete.
